Celebrate Daughters Day with a poem

A poem to celebrate Daughters Day and all the daughters who come from far away.

An ocean away

The sun rose

On this day in my life,

Before I knew tucked a place in my heart.

An ocean away,

A precious girl

Waited for me to change our world.

Today, as then,

I've only one thought,

Oh, thank you, God. Oh, thank you a lot.
